Responsibilities

• Connect with Clients Virtually: Meet with prospective and existing clients through Zoom and other virtual platforms to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Develop Product Expertise: Learn financial protection strategies and benefit solutions that help individuals and families make informed decisions.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Establish trust through exceptional communication, reliable follow-up, and a client-first approach.
• Continue Growing: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development designed to strengthen your knowledge and leadership potential.
• Collaborate with a Remote Team: Work alongside motivated professionals in a supportive environment where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients
• Answer client questions and provide personalized benefit recommendations
• Present products clearly, professionally, and ethically
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service
• Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
