About The Position

As a Virtual Client Solutions Specialist, you'll work with both prospective and existing clients through virtual appointments, delivering personalized service and helping them make informed decisions about their benefit options.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Educate clients about available benefit programs and coverage options
• Answer questions and provide thoughtful, solution-focused guidance
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care
