Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Build meaningful relationships through exceptional customer service
Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefit programs
Answer questions and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Collaborate with a supportive remote team while managing your schedule independently
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
