Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new members through a seamless enrollment experience
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
• Provide personalized guidance based on each client's unique needs
• Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
• Respond promptly to client questions while delivering exceptional service
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing communication and support
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate digital records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
