About The Position

AO Globe Life / American Income Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity supporting individuals and families across the United States with supplemental benefits. The position is intended for people interested in a people-centered, service-first career, including recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. The role involves presenting supplemental benefit options tailored to clients, supporting them through enrollment, maintaining accurate digital records, and conducting virtual consultations using Zoom. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, comfortable working independently and in virtual meetings, and committed to client-focused service. Inbound leads are provided, with no cold calling. This is a commission-based, performance-driven contractor opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation includes weekly performance-based pay, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and potential renewal-based income growth. A 3% equity opportunity may be available to those who qualify. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, they must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
