About The Position

Huntington Learning Center is hiring a Virtual Conferencing Enrollment Director to connect with prospective families, conduct virtual consultations, and help families select educational programs that meet their student's needs. The role is suited to a motivated sales professional who can build relationships, identify needs, guide enrollment decisions, and achieve performance goals.

This is a 100% remote position with varied weekday shifts; evening and/or weekend availability may be required. The compensation range is $55,000–$60,000 base plus commission per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Sales and customer relationship experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven approach and comfort working toward sales goals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Evening and/or weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual conferences with prospective families.
• Assess family needs and recommend appropriate educational programs.
