About The Position

My Hearing Centers is seeking a Virtual Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. This fully remote role provides clinical oversight and support to in-clinic hearing care providers while delivering high-quality telehealth services to patients. The position suits an audiologist who enjoys combining clinical expertise with technology to expand patient access to care.

The role supports providers across multiple clinic locations, conducts virtual patient appointments, and assists with hearing evaluations, fittings, follow-up care, test-result reporting, device order fulfillment, and VA and insurance claims processing. The schedule is full-time, defined as 30 or more hours per week, and requires a home office. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced.

Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree.
• Active audiology license in the primary state at the time of hire.
• Obtain additional state licensure within 60–90 days of hire as a condition of continued employment; failure to obtain required licensure within this timeframe may result in reassignment or termination.
• Experience with hearing aid technology, fittings, and patient counseling.
• Strong communication skills, especially in a virtual or remote environment.
• Ability to support and guide clinical staff while maintaining high standards of care.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and oversight to hearing care providers across multiple clinic locations.
• Conduct virtual telehealth appointments with patients.
• Assist in hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care for select patients.
• Review and report hearing test results and hearing aid fitting outcomes.
• Support order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of devices.
• Assist with VA and insurance claims processing.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
