About The Position

My Hearing Centers, part of WS Audiology, is hiring a Hearing Care Professional to provide hearing care and support the center’s work to make hearing care simpler and more accessible. The role involves conducting hearing assessments, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and delivering personalized, client-focused care. The professional also supports center operations, community outreach, regulatory compliance, and ongoing learning.

Requirements

Prior experience in an Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and select, fit, and demonstrate appropriate hearing aids.
Deliver client-centric service in line with the Simply Excellent Hearing Care model, targeting a minimum NPS score of 75.
Use annual evaluations to demonstrate hearing aids and provide clients with a personalized auditory experience.
Combine assessment results with client needs to recommend tailored hearing solutions.
Maintain hearing aid inventory for same-day fittings and trials.
Conduct follow-ups, cleanings, checks, and hearing aid repairs.
Take ear impressions, modify ear-molds, and recommend ALD accessories.
Work with District Managers, Team Leads, and L&D on initiatives to improve center revenue and impact.
Build local connections, conduct physician outreach, and participate in health fairs.
Follow state license laws, FDA guidelines, and My Hearing Centers policies.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, outcome notes, and referrals.
Pursue ongoing professional development, including consultative counseling and hearing aid technology.
