About The Position

Based out of the Wilkes-Barre location, the VIP & Shuttle Driver safely operates company sedans, SUVs, and passenger vans throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and beyond. Trips may include airport transportation to Allentown, Newark, or JFK, as well as transportation for wedding parties, VIP clients, special events, and private customers, including individuals, families, and businesses. The driver provides safe, reliable transportation and exceptional customer service while representing the Martz brand professionally. Paid training is provided. No CDL is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for the past three consecutive years.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; no CDL is required.
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.
• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment screening process.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be dependable and punctual, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of passengers.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment, patience, discretion, and a positive attitude.
• Customer service skills are required.
