Video Storyteller & Content Creator, Road Crew

Fifth Color•Sheboygan Falls, WI
•$60,000 - $80,000

About The Position

FifthColor is seeking an early-career storyteller and content creator to document the work behind branded environments and experiences at major championship sporting events, including professional golf and the College Football Playoff. The role involves traveling with the team, interviewing the people involved, capturing work from load-in through the event’s conclusion, and editing and publishing documentary-style stories in real time. Content will support FifthColor’s marketing and sales efforts across social media, the web, sales decks, and case studies. The position requires travel for up to 40% of the time, with heavier travel during the summer golf season and winter playoff run. The storyteller will split time between the road and FifthColor’s Sheboygan Falls office, covering stories across the company’s four divisions: Events, Fabrication, Print Production, and Marketing. The role is designed for a highly independent, fast-paced one-person content operation. Within six months, the hire is expected to own and manage FifthColor’s story with little support and publish two to three pieces per week across all four divisions. The long-term goal is to lead a storytelling team when the time is right. The position reports directly to the CEO.
