About The Position

Thoughtworks is building an AI-native Technology Advisory capability to help enterprise leaders make and execute better decisions at the intersection of strategy, technology, and AI. The Technology Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping critical decisions on growth, cost, risk, and transformation. The role combines strategic judgment, technical depth, and AI-enabled delivery, with accountability for measurable outcomes rather than recommendations alone. The position leads small, senior teams and uses AI to increase the speed and effectiveness of delivery. It involves advising CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders; framing problems around decisions, tradeoffs, and economic value; defining value-led technology strategies; and guiding AI adoption, governance, operating model transformation, and future-state technology roadmaps. The role also contributes to long-term client relationships, offer development, thought leadership, and the firm’s market positioning. Thoughtworks describes its work environment as hybrid, with regular travel expected for this industry domain leader role. The company offers career development through interactive tools, development programs, and supportive colleagues. Salary range: $450,000–$500,000 USD.
