Vice President Product Delivery Manager – AI/ML Solutions

JPMorgan Chase & Co.•Palo Alto, CA
•$133,000 - $200,000

About The Position

The Program Product Delivery Lead owns the synthesis, planning, and delivery of the organization’s program portfolio. The role consolidates demand, priorities, and delivery context from multiple concurrent programs and stakeholder groups into a coherent view, and owns a dual roadmap combining the solutions business delivery track with the data track supporting the organization’s AI/ML ambitions. As a Product Delivery Manager in the AI/ML Solutions team, this role enhances and optimizes product delivery to customers by creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations. It is the main delivery interface between the organization, its stakeholders, and partner teams, including the solutions team. Success means publishing a stakeholder-endorsed dual roadmap that maps AI/ML items to their data prerequisites; maintaining an integrated, baselined portfolio plan with consistent reporting; putting a transparent prioritization framework into regular use; establishing an effective delivery interface with the solutions team and partners; and maintaining stakeholder relationships and decision context across the portfolio. The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
