About The Position
The Vice President, Data Solutions & AI leads the enterprise strategy, development, and delivery of data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The role oversees enterprise data engineering, data products, governance, analytics enablement, and AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business growth. This position develops enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies and roadmaps; leads data engineering, cloud platforms, architecture, and reusable data products; establishes data governance and quality practices; and partners with application and business teams to implement AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and analytics capabilities. The role is remote and may be performed from a U.S.-based home, with occasional travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology, data, analytics, or artificial intelligence, including significant executive leadership experience.
- At least 8 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data engineering, cloud data platforms, data architecture, governance, and data product development.
- Proven success developing and implementing enterprise AI strategies, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and responsible AI governance.
- Extensive experience translating data and AI investments into scalable business solutions, production adoption, and measurable operational or financial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management.
- Ability to develop enterprise technology strategies, manage complex portfolios and budgets, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Must be able to work remotely from a U.S.-based home and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology priorities.
- Establish strategic roadmaps, investment priorities, and performance measures that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead enterprise data engineering, modern cloud data platforms, data architecture, and reusable data products.
- Drive scalable, secure, and integrated data solutions supporting business operations, analytics, digital capabilities, and AI adoption.
- Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, and accountability for data quality, security, privacy, metadata, lineage, and master data management.
- Partner with business and risk leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and trusted enterprise data.
- Partner with application teams to develop, implement, and promote adoption of enterprise AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Establish responsible AI practices, governance, and operational controls, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
- Partner with business leaders to advance enterprise analytics, self-service reporting, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Promote consistent performance measures, reusable analytics capabilities, and solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Manage complex technology portfolios and budgets and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Travel occasionally.
