About The Position

The Vice President Product Delivery Manager in the AIML Solutions team owns the synthesis, planning, and delivery of the organization’s program portfolio. The role brings together demand, priorities, and delivery context from concurrent programs and stakeholder groups into a coherent view, and owns a dual roadmap that pairs the solutions business delivery track with the data track underpinning the organization’s AI/ML ambitions. It serves as the main delivery interface between the organization, its stakeholders, and partner teams, including the solutions team. The position leads end-to-end product delivery, creating solutions and efficiencies that support successful, timely, and organized implementations. Success includes a published dual roadmap endorsed by stakeholder groups, with AI/ML initiatives mapped to their data prerequisites; an integrated, consistently reported portfolio plan; a regularly used prioritization framework; an effective delivery interface with partners; and well-maintained stakeholder relationships and decision context across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product- or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent programs or products in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Track record of synthesizing inputs from many stakeholders into a coherent roadmap or strategy.
  • Strong program management discipline, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and governance.
  • Working knowledge of data and AI/ML delivery lifecycles, including how data readiness constrains model and capability delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Product management experience, including outcome-based roadmapping and prioritization frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data platform concepts.
  • Experience working alongside engineering or solutions teams as a delivery or product counterpart.
  • Background in financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Relevant program, product, or agile certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, and product performance reporting.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to improve efficiency and functional coordination.
  • Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Gather input from programs, stakeholders, and partner teams and synthesize it into an integrated organizational roadmap.
  • Sequence data prerequisites—including sourcing, quality, lineage, access, governance, and platform readiness—ahead of the AI/ML capabilities that depend on them.
  • Keep the roadmap current as priorities, constraints, and delivery realities change.
  • Establish and run an integrated portfolio plan with milestone baselines across programs, maintaining a cross-program view of dependencies, critical path, risks, and issues.
  • Manage scope and change, raise resourcing trade-offs early, and provide consistent, accurate portfolio reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a regular cadence with stakeholder groups across programs and act as the day-to-day contact for delivery questions, decisions, and escalations.
  • Build alignment among groups with competing priorities and help resolve trade-offs transparently.
  • Design and operate a value and feasibility framework for ranking demand, ensuring prioritization decisions are evidence-based, documented, and clearly communicated.
  • Serve as the main delivery interface with the solutions team and other partner functions.
  • Translate roadmap priorities into clear, well-sequenced requests and maintain shared visibility into delivery status, dependencies, and upcoming demand.
