Product Delivery Manager - Payments - Vice President

About The Position

As a Product Delivery Manager within Wholesale Payments, Small & Medium Business Product, you will enhance and optimize product delivery to customers by developing solutions and efficiencies that support successful, timely implementations. You will lead end-to-end delivery processes, coordinate dependencies and stakeholders, support product and service change management, and help ensure delivery complies with firm risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role contributes to quarterly planning and book-of-work management, maintains program documentation and project-tool data integrity, and supports continuous audit readiness. You will also drive strategic discussions, identify and address risks and product or process gaps, and coordinate work across technology and business teams to develop client-focused solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change-readiness activities.
Strong understanding of delivery and a track record of implementing continuous-improvement processes.
Experience with product- or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
Ability to work productively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Positive, team-oriented attitude aligned with JPMorgan Chase culture and values.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources and tasks.
Ability to analyze opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently in writing and verbally.
Understanding of and experience working with external vendors.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort interacting with and presenting to all levels of management.
Willingness to use AI for process improvement.
Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Excel.

Proficiency in the product development life cycle, product design, and data analytics.
PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency management, risk materiality assessment, IT sprint development, change management, marketing and communications, testing, operationalization, production readiness, and release management.
Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resourcing; coordinate with stakeholders and functional partners across multiple lines of business.
Lead product and service change management across functional partners and ensure adherence to firm risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Assist the Portfolio & Product Delivery Management Manager, Product Owners, and Product Managers with quarterly planning and book-of-work management.
Create and socialize program plans, executive summaries, meeting minutes, and records of risks, issues, and decisions; maintain data integrity in project tools and repositories and support continuous audit readiness.
Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, escalate appropriately, and drive remediation.
Lead strategic discussions, feasibility studies, and root-cause analysis; help identify product and process gaps.
Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads across product areas to track technology and non-technology activities.
Coordinate activities across User Acceptance Testing, Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Operations workstreams.
Identify opportunities to improve operational-model efficiency and support ongoing development.
Use a client-focused approach to develop impactful solutions that contribute to business growth.
