About The Position

Symetri is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing to build and lead its demand generation, growth, and revenue operations strategy. This is a build role focused on architecting a high-maturity revenue engine in which every marketing program is tied to pipeline or revenue. The role owns the full revenue marketing engine—including strategy, team, budget, MarTech, and process—and an executive-level share of closed-won pipeline revenue. Success is not measured by impressions or raw MQL volume. The leader will translate Symetri’s domain expertise, partner software portfolio, professional services, proprietary technology, and measurable client outcomes into a differentiated market narrative. This includes running brand, thought leadership, product marketing, partner programs, and client proof as accountable revenue levers. The role owns revenue strategy and pipeline delivery, annual and quarterly marketing planning, campaign alignment to ideal customer profiles and buyer intent, and cross-functional operating practices with Sales, Professional Services, Client Success, Finance, IT, and Sales Ops. It also oversees funnel performance, marketing technology and AI, full-funnel content, multi-touch attribution, and executive reporting on ROI, CAC, and NRR.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience.
  • 5+ years as a VP or Director owning a pipeline target.
  • 3+ years in revenue marketing.
  • Track record of transforming a marketing function into a revenue-producing organization using a structured revenue framework.
  • Enterprise MarTech experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM/intent platforms.
  • Financial fluency in pipeline modeling, attribution, LTV/CAC, and core financial metrics.
  • Executive presence and experience owning a number in front of Sales, Finance, and the executive team and defending it under scrutiny.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; the company is unable to sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

  • Model and recommend the share of pipeline the role will own in the first quarters, in partnership with Sales, Professional Services, Client Success, and Finance leadership; after approval, deliver against that target.
  • Own annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals and validated against team capacity, covering new-client acquisition, expansion and cross-sell, and retention.
  • Align campaigns to ideal customer profiles and buyer intent, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI search.
  • Establish joint pipeline service-level agreements with Sales leadership, including shared lifecycle-stage definitions, lead routing, and mutual accountability.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Professional Services, and Client Success leaders to build a unified, revenue-focused operating rhythm.
  • Architect end-to-end buyer workflows and optimize stage-by-stage conversion to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates and retention.
  • Run the revenue technology stack with IT and Sales Ops, including marketing automation, ABM/intent, and attribution tools, to support closed-loop reporting.
  • Deploy AI and predictive tools for personalized engagement at scale.
  • Build a full-funnel content ecosystem with content and brand leaders, mapped to buying-committee personas and distributed across digital, paid, and AI answer engines.
  • Build multi-touch attribution connecting marketing spend to closed-won revenue in the CRM.
  • Report ROI, CAC, and NRR to the executive team.
  • Run brand, thought leadership, product marketing, partner programs, and client proof as accountable revenue levers.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Generous and flexible time off (FTO).
  • Eight paid holidays.
  • Group health insurance with nominal employee contribution.
  • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Optional benefits through a cafeteria plan, including dental, vision, life insurance, wellness reimbursement, and other supplemental benefits.
  • Employer match of employee HSA contributions, dollar-for-dollar up to the IRS limit.
  • 401(k) with company match of up to 4% of base salary.
