About The Position

KenCrest is seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking Vice President of Business Development to lead enterprise growth strategy and help shape the organization’s next chapter. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this executive leader will identify, evaluate, and advance opportunities that expand KenCrest’s reach, strengthen strategic partnerships, diversify revenue, and support sustainable long-term growth. The VP will translate organizational strategy into a disciplined portfolio of opportunities across new markets and services, healthcare and government partnerships, referral relationships, contracts, affiliations, and potential acquisitions. This highly visible, relationship-driven leadership role calls for someone who can determine which opportunities merit pursuit, build the relationships and internal alignment needed to move them forward, and turn strategy into measurable results. The position works from the Plymouth Meeting office at least two days per week, with an anticipated three to four onsite days per week during the first 90 days. Approximately 25% travel is expected across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut for program visits, partner meetings, community engagement, and business development activities, along with occasional out-of-state conferences and industry events. Success requires strategic vision, business acumen, relationship development, executive influence, and disciplined execution. The VP will be a key architect of KenCrest’s future growth, helping determine where the organization can and should grow and turning opportunities into sustainable impact.
