About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Vice President level executive to drive and lead the growth of the Business Services MALS (Manufacturing, Aero, Automotive and Life Sciences) business in North America region. This experienced sales professional will identify, develop, and manage opportunities to provide large, multi-tower outsourcing and transformation services to market prospects and drive the growth of the Business Services A&L business in NA region. Deals will span: F&A (Finance & Accounting), Automation, Procurement, SCM and Digital Employee Operations. The individual will own $100M P&L with a bookings target of $100M.

Requirements

  • Vice President level executive experience
  • Experience driving and leading growth in Business Services MALS (Manufacturing, Aero, Automotive and Life Sciences) in North America.
  • Experience identifying, developing, and managing opportunities for large, multi-tower outsourcing and transformation services.
  • Experience with deals spanning F&A (Finance & Accounting), Automation, Procurement, SCM and Digital Employee Operations.
  • Experience owning a $100M P&L with a bookings target of $100M.
  • Deep relationships and prominent levels of intimacy with targeted CXOs prospects.
  • Excellent CXO contacts.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and client challenges.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Ability to qualify major opportunities.
  • Ability to drive consistency between sales strategy and content work managed by bid team.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 X sales quota.
  • Ability to orchestrate across suite of business lines and portfolio offers.
  • Experience managing a team of 5-6 Senior Sellers.
  • Ability to work closely with MALS BU leaders and shape the strategy for BSv in MALS for the Americas.
  • Ability to lead programs and multi-workstream engagements.
  • Involvement in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development.
  • Ability to oversee internal activities and act as an executive-level representative of Capgemini.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep relationships and prominent levels of intimacy with targeted CXOs prospects in focused geographic regions and leverage excellent CXO contacts to create shape and close deals with emphasis on large opportunities.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management)
  • Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 X sales quota.
  • Orchestrate across suite of business lines and portfolio offers to shape customer needs in a context of digital transformation.
  • Manage a team of 5-6 Senior Sellers and Work closely with the MALS BU leaders and shape the strategy for BSv in MALS for the Americas
  • In addition, A Vice President at Capgemini Business Services is also expected to lead programs and multi-workstream engagements, and be highly involved in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development, overseeing internal activities and acting as an executive-level representative of Capgemini.
  • Close total contract value of $100 MM in outsourcing services annually.
