We are seeking a senior, results-driven Vice President, Sales to drive strategic revenue growth by selling CSI Core Solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder banking organizations. This role expands CSI’s reach into additional growth markets while maintaining our strong commitment to community banks and credit unions. The Vice President, Sales will execute disciplined territory strategies, build executive-level relationships, and deliver measurable results against the sales objectives established by the SVP of Sales. This leader will translate prospect priorities into winning proposals and commercial outcomes. Success requires disciplined pipeline creation, mastery of complex sales cycles, and a strong point of view on market dynamics and competitive positioning.
