About the position
The Human Resources role at Precision Pest Partners is responsible for leading and directing all human capital functions within the organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer, the HR professional will oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and engagement, training and development, HRIS administration, and compliance. They will work closely with the leadership team to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, ensuring the recruitment, retention, and succession planning needs are met. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing compensation and benefits trends, managing the total rewards program, creating learning and development initiatives, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs
- Lead the total rewards program, including benefits selection and renewal, retirement planning, and recognition programs
- Create learning and development programs for employees
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and directing human capital functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and engagement, training and development, HRIS administration, and compliance.
- Ability to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits trends and ability to propose competitive base and incentive pay programs.
- Experience in leading total rewards programs, including benefits selection and renewal, retirement planning, and recognition programs.
- Ability to create learning and development programs for internal employee development.
- Proficiency in employee relations, engagement, and performance management, including performance improvement, corrective and disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ability to maintain compliance.
- Familiarity with recommended best practices in HR policies and procedures.
