About The Position

RealtyAds is seeking a high-impact, Vice President, Growth to help with organization and drive top-line revenue growth by converting and expanding relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients. This senior-level role is responsible for executing sales strategy, delivering high-value product demonstrations, and building a culture of performance across the team. The ideal candidate combines a strong individual closing track record with exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least two years in a senior leadership role
Proven success selling to commercial real estate decision makers, including asset managers and brokers
Experience closing and retaining complex enterprise deals
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and coaching
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle with a focus on closing and expanding relationships with RealtyAds’ Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders resulting in new revenue generation
Serve as a key player-coach, actively closing high-value deals while coaching others through the RealtyAds’ sales cycle
Set a high standard for accountability, excellence, and collaboration within the sales organization
Assist in the execution of a scalable, repeatable sales strategy that aligns with RealtyAds’ long-term growth objectives
Work cross functionally with Marketing and Account Management to optimize sales materials and identify areas for upsell opportunities
