Spiniello is seeking an accomplished construction executive to lead one of the company’s most strategically important business units. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the Washington DC Business Unit, including operations, business development, client engagement, talent development, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. This role offers meaningful autonomy, decision-making authority, and direct responsibility for business performance. The ideal candidate may currently be operating within a large construction, engineering, infrastructure, or design-build organization and seeking an opportunity to move beyond project leadership into a role with greater influence over strategy, talent development, operations, client engagement, and business performance. This position provides the opportunity to lead a business unit rather than simply manage projects. The successful candidate will step into a well-established operation supported by experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers, Preconstruction professionals, Safety personnel, regional support staff, and executive leadership.
