The Vice President of Field Sales & Inside Sales is responsible for leading the Field Sales and Inside Sales functional areas. This role executes safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives by aligning departmental strategy, key performance indicators, and performance management. The position also owns the company’s mergers and acquisitions program, including sales process, pipeline management, evaluation, negotiation, and integration. Additionally, it involves developing and documenting strategies for both field and inside sales, focusing on revenue growth, contract optimization, product penetration, compliance workflow, and customer satisfaction. The role drives team performance to exceed expectations, acts as an escalation point for customer issues, and provides training and coaching to direct reports. Accurate forecasting of revenue, bookings, activations, new product commercialization, and acquisitions is also a key responsibility, along with leading complex negotiations.
