The Vice President of Field Sales & Inside Sales is responsible for leading and aligning departmental strategies, key performance indicators, and performance management to achieve safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives. This role owns the company’s mergers and acquisitions program, including sales process, pipeline management, evaluation, negotiation, and integration. The position involves developing and documenting sales strategies for both field and inside sales, focusing on revenue growth, contract optimization, product penetration, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The VP will drive team performance, act as an escalation point for customer issues, and provide training and coaching to direct reports. Accurate forecasting of revenue, bookings, activations, new product commercialization, and acquisitions is also a key responsibility, along with leading complex negotiations.
