About The Position

Orchestra is seeking a Vice President, Creative Strategy (Social Media) to lead social-first strategies and campaigns that help consumer brands earn attention, participate meaningfully in culture, and connect with audiences. The role turns social behavior, audience insights, cultural shifts, platform dynamics, and business objectives into strategic direction and ideas designed to resonate in social environments. The Vice President serves as both a senior strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, personally leading research, uncovering insights, developing strategic narratives, writing briefs, and building and presenting strategies. Social is treated as a place where audiences participate in culture, form communities, influence one another, and shape brand relevance—not merely as a distribution channel. The work also extends beyond social, translating social and cultural insights into ideas for earned media, influencer partnerships, experiential, and other brand touchpoints in collaboration with Orchestra’s agencies and teams. The role is ideally based in Orchestra’s New York City office. The listed salary range is $163,000, with bonus potential, commensurate with experience and skills.
