About The Position

The Vice President, Commercial Success is the senior U.S. leader responsible for commercialization, revenue performance, and customer outcomes across TransUnion’s Specialized Risk Group (SRG) solution portfolio. The role connects strategy, product capabilities, and market execution while leading the pre-sales and post-sales Solutions organization. It reports to the EVP, Global Solutions and works across Product, Sales, Verticals, Delivery, Finance, Operations, and Client Success. The position develops and executes the U.S. commercial strategy and annual operating plan, translating the SRG three-year strategy into accountable workstreams, milestones, forecasts, and operating reviews. It drives revenue growth, pipeline attainment, customer adoption, retention, expansion, and value realization; monitors commercial performance and customer outcomes; and mobilizes corrective actions for performance gaps, at-risk customers, implementations, and strategic opportunities. The leader improves implementation readiness, product usage, adoption, retention-risk identification, and execution against whitespace opportunities to accelerate revenue and customer value. The role leads and develops the U.S. pre-sales and post-sales Solutions organization, represents U.S. customer and market perspectives in product planning and launch-readiness discussions, and serves as SRG’s senior U.S. commercial and solution expert in executive customer engagements and strategic forums. It synthesizes commercial, customer, product, financial, market, and operational insights for executive leadership; handles complex cross-functional escalations; and aligns teams in a matrixed environment around measurable customer and business outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring work virtually and in person at an assigned TransUnion office for at least two days per week.
