Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Canada, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and HR Centers of Expertise to develop and implement people management strategies aligned with business priorities. You will provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management, leveraging workforce data, technology, and innovative approaches to enhance business performance and improve the employee experience.
