About The Position

Canyon Road Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of the clinic and help provide a positive experience for clients and their pets. This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with expected hours of 35–40 per week. The salary is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Passion for working with animals and clients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
• Manage client check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address client concerns and ensure appointments flow smoothly.
