About The Position

Meadows Cat Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their team. This role is for a full-time position with a schedule of four days per week, including rotating Saturdays. The practice focuses on progressive feline-specific medicine, holds AAHA-accredited and Cat Friendly Practice (CFP) Gold status, and promotes Fear Free and Low-Stress Handling standards. Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their cats
Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
Help coordinate appointments and keep the hospital’s daily schedule running smoothly
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in person and by phone
Support efficient client check-in and check-out
Help maintain accurate client and patient information
Collaborate with teammates to support excellent patient care and client service
