About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Puyallup, Washington. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement on a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides tools and support for both new graduates and experienced therapists. The estimated pay range is approximately $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education support. Some positions may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Washington State license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
