About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a skilled nursing facility in Puyallup, Washington. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and has a collaborative therapy department. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. The position is a direct hire/permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Relocation assistance may be available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Washington OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
