About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Tacoma, Washington. The therapist will join a collaborative rehabilitation team and evaluate and treat patients to help improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. The role is open to new graduates and experienced professionals and offers a supportive team environment, career-growth opportunities, and the tools and support needed to succeed. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position, scheduled Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Washington State license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
