About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in Tacoma, Washington. The role involves assessing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic exercises and treatments, tracking progress, and working with other healthcare professionals. The Physical Therapist also educates patients and families about treatment plans and exercises to support continued recovery. Candidates must complete necessary documentation before starting their assignment. Holiday coverage is required. Parking and dress-code details will be provided on the first day. Equipment will be provided during the interview.
Requirements
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
- General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.
- Complete necessary documentation before starting the assignment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the setting is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to identify their physical needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to help patients regain mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
