About The Position

Canyon Road Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to welcome clients and help ensure a positive experience for them and their pets. The role supports the clinic’s daily operations by assisting clients, coordinating appointments, managing front-desk transactions and records, and working with the clinic team to keep appointments running smoothly.

This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of Monday through Friday and 35–40 hours per week. The listed pay range is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Passion for working with animals and clients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
• Manage client check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address client concerns and support the smooth flow of appointments.
