About The Position

Animal Hospital of Verona is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, also described as a Client Care Representative (CCR). The role serves as the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing compassionate, professional client service and supporting smooth hospital operations. The receptionist helps create positive experiences through scheduling, client communication, appointment coordination, and administrative support in a collaborative team environment. The position offers four-day workweeks with weekends off. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and facilitate check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations using approved processes.
• Welcome and onboard new clients by clearly explaining hospital services and policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients by telephone, email, text, and in person.
• Support hospital operations through efficient reception flow and client service.
