About The Position

Fourmile Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to its veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The role calls for a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and experience overseeing clinic operations. The Practice Manager leads the team, manages multiple priorities, and contributes to the clinic’s ongoing excellence and the well-being of the animals in its care. The position oversees day-to-day clinic operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. The manager also works part time on the floor, both in the back and up front, and helps maintain a strong client experience. The hospital operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. Fourmile Veterinary Clinic provides diagnostic and preventative services, digital radiography, in-house laboratories, large/farm animal care, and pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) testing. Requirements

Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to quickly learn and use the practice management system.

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
