Veterinary Practice Manager
About The Position
Warsaw Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The role calls for a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and experience overseeing clinic operations. The manager will lead with clarity, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing excellence and the well-being of the animals in its care. The position is full-time. The hospital’s operating hours are Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM. Salary is $55,000–$68,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications, with eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15%.
Requirements
- Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
- Comfort working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
- Ability to quickly learn and use the practice management system.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
- Manage clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
