About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in the NE Portland, OR area is looking for a full-time, Overnight Veterinary Client Service Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our incredible team! Our ER/ICU is open 24/7/365 and includes holidays. This is not your average front desk job. This is fast-paced medicine, critical thinking, teamwork, emotional intelligence, client advocacy, and being part of something bigger. We’re looking for someone who can juggle phones, triage flow, emotions, and appointments like a pro, understands veterinary ER/Urgent Care culture, loves a non-static environment where no two shifts are the same, and wants a supportive culture and opportunity for growth. The hospital is built around respect, teamwork, inclusivity, humor when appropriate, and compassion for both clients and coworkers. You’ll work alongside an exceptionally skilled team in Emergency/ICU, Critical Care, Surgery, and Internal Medicine, and you’ll be supported by 5 VTS team members, experienced CVTs, strong assistants and CSR teams, and leaders who believe in mentorship, teaching, and helping veterinary medicine move forward. We know veterinary medicine is hard right now. We also know culture matters. Requirements

  • Experienced Veterinary Receptionist from an Urgent Care, ER, or large General Practice
