BluePearl Pet Hospital in the NE Portland, OR area is looking for a full-time, Overnight Veterinary Client Service Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our incredible team! Our ER/ICU is open 24/7/365 and includes holidays. This is not your average front desk job. This is fast-paced medicine, critical thinking, teamwork, emotional intelligence, client advocacy, and being part of something bigger. We’re looking for someone who can juggle phones, triage flow, emotions, and appointments like a pro, understands veterinary ER/Urgent Care culture, loves a non-static environment where no two shifts are the same, and wants a supportive culture and opportunity for growth. You’ll work alongside an exceptionally skilled team in Emergency/ICU, Critical Care, Surgery, and Internal Medicine, and you’ll be supported by 5 VTS team members, experienced CVTs, strong assistants and CSR teams, and leaders who believe in mentorship, teaching, and helping veterinary medicine move forward.
