About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company, become Medical Directors, and help build urgent care practices. The role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. PriorityPet provides a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, while emphasizing medical autonomy. The veterinarian will help lead the hospital, shape its culture, and deliver high-quality veterinary care.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership skills and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice.
• Serve as Medical Director and manage the practice team.
• Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
