About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking talented, entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors in new urgent care practices. The role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. PriorityPet will provide a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support to help the veterinarian establish and operate a practice. The location is flexible, and the veterinarian will lead the hospital, shape its culture, and retain medical autonomy while delivering high-quality veterinary care.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality medicine and mentoring other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
• Use medical autonomy to guide the practice’s clinical care.
