About The Position
The Van Driver (described in the job summary as a Shuttle Driver) transports guests around the resort property safely and courteously while providing excellent customer service. The role also provides transportation to operations employees and performs vehicle and radio equipment checks. The position is part-time, with a six-hour day shift. Nights are not required, and weekend and Wednesday availability is needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least one year of bus or commercial driving experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Weekend and Wednesday availability.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test if offered employment.
- Team-player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests around the resort property safely and courteously while providing excellent customer service.
- Provide transportation to operations employees.
- Inspect the bus before trips for cleanliness, adequate fuel, oil and water, and proper operation of doors, lights, and other listed items.
- Perform preliminary checks on radio equipment to ensure it is in working order.
