About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistently high-quality service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
• Pack orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Pull orders for deliveries and prepare customer orders.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Receive and ship materials.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist in counting during Stock Take.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
