VAN DRIVER WAREHOUSE
About The Position
The Van Driver/Warehouse position is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse duties such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. It is an active role involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing, and requires lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Duties and responsibilities may change as business needs require.

Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect the vehicle and maintain its safety.
- Keep the company vehicle clean.
- Check in and put away stock.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Pull orders for delivery.
- Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
- Assist with Stock Take counts.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
- Provide customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle and maintenance records.
- Receive and ship materials, maintain warehouse organization, and prepare customer orders.
- Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
