VAN DRIVER WAREHOUSE
About The Position
The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries and warehouse duties. Delivery responsibilities include packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. Warehouse work includes receiving material, maintaining organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee also works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistently high-quality service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Duties may change at any time.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
- Keep the company vehicle clean.
- Check in and put up stock.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Pull orders for delivery.
- Back up counter employees with orders and customers.
- Assist with Stock Take counts.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
- Provide customer service and maintain the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records.
- Receive and ship materials and prepare customer orders.
- Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
