About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the company vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse work such as receiving and putting away stock, organizing the warehouse, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
Inspect the company vehicle for safety and maintain it, keeping it clean.
Pack and pull customer orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
Receive and put away stock.
Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Ship materials and prepare customer orders.
Back up counter employees by assisting with orders and customers at the counter.
Assist with Stock Take counting.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
