About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely and accurately stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory; fulfilling customer orders; and supporting daily shipping and receiving. The role handles materials efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. It is primarily based in the branch/warehouse, with minimal to no travel, and reports to the Branch/Warehouse Manager. There are no direct reports. Work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve noise and hot or cold temperatures. Personal protective equipment is required. The position involves active physical work, including handling freight and materials weighing up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday and moving heavy products in busy warehouses or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift and handle freight or materials weighing up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in specific locations.
Comfort using basic math in daily tasks.
At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Forklift experience or certification; training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training.

Responsibilities

Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
Load and unload delivery trucks.
Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
