About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety, maintain it, and keep it clean.
• Check in and put away stock.
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Pull orders for delivery.
• Support counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack delivery orders, map routes, handle delivery paperwork, and provide customer service.
• Receive and ship materials and prepare customer orders.
