About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse duties such as receiving and organizing materials, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to provide consistent service across the network. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Oral and written communication skills.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb, and to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
Inspect the vehicle and maintain its safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
Pack and pull customer orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
Check in and put up stock.
Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Back up counter employees by assisting with orders and customers at the counter.
Assist with Stock Take counting.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Work with other branches to help ensure customers receive consistent service.
