Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of customer delivery, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, and handling delivery paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle, including cleanliness and performing regular inspections.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for the delivery vehicle.
• Receive and put away stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Pull orders for deliveries.
• Assist counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Participate in stock take counts.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with other branches to ensure consistent high-level customer service across the network.
