About The Position

Round Rock Collision Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is hiring Valets, also known as Porters or Lot Attendants. Valets support dealership operations by moving vehicles as needed and keeping the showroom and display lots neat and orderly. The role offers an opportunity to gain experience and learn about the inner workings of an automotive dealership with state-of-the-art facilities.

The position operates during standard business hours, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Work takes place in a covered area and outdoors at times, where employees may experience heat, cold, hazards, and noise. The position involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and grasping, as well as lifting, pulling, or pushing objects.

Applicants should be able to safely drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions. A valid driver's license is required. Applicants under 18 may not drive vehicles off dealership premises. The employer's interview process typically includes a phone interview, several in-person interviews, background and reference checks, a driving record review, and a drug screen.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
